in maniera divulgativa e basandosi sulla storia reale di una persona, come spesso agisce il NewYorker, viene raccontata lo stato della ricerca sulle protesi agli arti controllate dal cervello e le loro prospettive future. Il focus è su uno dei centri di ricerca del MIT che si occupano della materia;

Example of misinformation by an authoritative analyst, in the field of innovation intelligence, who for his own reasons and convictions (read into it bias) presents only one side of the coin;

Google is a frontier of research and production of the quantum chip together with IBM and a few others (including the Chinese). The dedicated team has recently announced the realization of the second step, the Willow chip, in the roadmap that they have imposed on themselves to maintain strategic supremacy. The announcement is unusually (for Google) full of technical and strategic information on the product and their technological vision of the sector. Here a more specialized paper published by the team on Nature;

Google è frontiera di ricerca e di realizzazione del chip quantistico assieme a IBM e pochi altri (tra cui i cinesi). l’analisi, che dal titolo sembra interessare esclusivamente le infrastrutture critiche e invece le tratta solo come breve riferimento, è interessante perché cerca di definire un percorso di valutazione del rischio derivante dai processi di AI con riguardo la sicurezza nazionale;

I have already written about the problem of car manufacturers that spy on drivers’ behavior through the digitalization of vehicles. In this article, the direct experience of a US customer of General Motors who discovered that, in addition to being profiled without warning by the car, the results of the action end up with insurance companies for the modulation of the premiums to be paid. All car manufacturers do the same thing, both in the US and in any part of the world including Europe, and, despite GDPR & Co., no effective protection is put in place in favor of customers;
